I see people run when they hear the word "spiritual" or "spirituality" but, to me, it is simply connectedness. Being connected to life, to the universe and to love. It is not a coincidence that our brains mirror the composition of the universe. We are all tiny universes - masses of energy that exude love or anything less than love...so I choose to exude as much love as I can.
