Merry Christmas

Every year, I get as excited as a child for Christmas, to have an occassion to spread joy and to give love to others.  I never imagined three years ago, celebrating Christmas in federal prison that I would be celebrating Christmas in 2010 with Kenya and much of Africa.

Run for Gua Africa

August begins the month of brotherly and sisterly love and the month when my Run for Gua Africa begins in earnest. I have been preparing for almost a year for the Chicago Marathon and the Run for Gua Africa. We lose to win. Never Give Up. Never Give In. These are the motto's of Emmanuel Jal and my mantra at this race.
